Sugar in PWS when on Keto?

i dont follow a now carb, my carbs are pretty moderate to low and after every workout i include high glycemic carbs inshake form.
So far so good
 
I would throw in maybe some simple sugar. Grapes, apples.

Maybe a tsb of honey bro.

How is the diet coming along bro?
 
its coming along pretty good, had a couple of setbacks.. I got sick for like 3 weeks, and that sucked big time. I just got better, so Im getting back on track.

Im pretty stoked becuase Im almost done with my run of clen, and my ephedrine hcl is coming in this week, so thats gonna be great becuase the low carbing is starting to make me sleepy, and I think the eph will gimme a good kick in the pants.
 
this is just my second run of it.

Ive been on for about a week and a half now.. you know what? I really dont notice a WEIGHT decrease, Im just getting denser.
 
I lost some serious weight on that stack.....but I was dieting for a show and I wish I would just have done some gear he he.

I didn't look the way I thought I was going to, but you live and you learn
