Stats 5'11, 165 lbs at 8 % bf. bench is currently 315, squat 450, deadlift 405. I'm taking in 300 grams of protein per day but I can't seem to bust any of these plateaus. I ran a cycle of test cypionate once at only 450 mg per week for 10 weeks and then discontinued and had terrible problems with gyno so I assume i'm prone to it as I had it when I was in puberty as a teenager as well. I have to get past this though so i'm currently thinking of running this cycle. Test prop at 300 mg per week for 10weeks, Week 1-6 Tbol- 60mg per day , and proviron to simply try and keep the test from converting to estrogen and i'm thinking 25 mg ED on that. With that being said what kind of results should I expect from this ?? Advice and suggestions would be awesome!!
