been training seriously for almost 2 years and im going to be starting my first serious cut in a matter of weeks and looking for some advice on diet and also the cycle i will be running at the time.

bf% is roughly around 14% - have attached a pic, if you can tell if its higher or lower by looking let me know!
i will be running a test 400 and tren cycle, looking at running 500mg of test per week and 400mg of tren. im aware this wont help too much with the fat loss, its more about maintaining muscle while cutting. will have nolva and clomid for pct.
basically a total ectomorph so bn bulking up for the last while to gain some size, now im looking to drop the fat.
what im looking for is a sample diet i can work to, an idea of how much cardio i should be doing and any advice you can give me on the cycle as this will be my 1st time running tren.
would be looking at doing a 10 week cut before i go away on holiday trying to get down to around 10% bf or lower so any advice would be greatly appreciated! cheers guys
