Summer cycle, acne help

I got a summer cycle coming up and i go to the beach a lot. I have a big problem with acne on a cycle. Back is bad, and chest isnt great either, face is fine. What can i do to prevent the acne? I wanna be able to take my shirt off.

I dont get much acne on cycle. I would say take 2 good showers per day and you should be ok. Post cycle might be a different story.

Buy the Clearasil body wash, that should help out quite a bit and have tea tree oil on hand at all times.

My Dr recomended tea tree oil.

Tea tree oil?? Huh...what about high dose B-5 intake?

My wifes dermotologist didnt know about b-5...

What is tea tree oil supposed to do??

i get bacne and this is what works for me and leaves me with absolutely no acne on back or chest maybe a few on face here and there. I take 5g of b5 ed. i use the ones by Swiss Natural Sources as they are 1g each. i then use a soap product by panoxyl with a back scrubber on my back. this product contains benzoyl peroxide and somehow this combo keeps me clear as hell. everyone is diff though so good luck.

Tea tree oil is anti-bacterial. I use a tea tree oil body wash and B-5.
