Super dmz 2.0 layout and questions

Ok so I have an hdrol cycle under my belt. Got decent gains but want to try sdmz2.0. Heard its like a dry dbol.


Layout:

Cycle:
sdmz2.0 (20/20/20/20)
liv52 (4 tabs daily)
cel cycle assist (8 caps/day)
coq10 (100mg/day)
dhea (100mg/day)
taurine (will be used if back pumps occur)

post cycle therapy (pct):
nolva (20/20/10/10)
DAA (3g/day)
erase (3/2/2/1 starting 3rd week of post cycle therapy (pct) ending 2 weeks post post cycle therapy (pct))

diet will be between 4k-4.5k calories, 400g carbs, and 350g protein while on cycle. Will keep cals at 3500 during post cycle therapy (pct). Does my layout look fine? Also, is nolva sufficient for post cycle therapy (pct)? Is the nolva dosed too low? Lastly, is it realistic for me to gain 15-20lb lean lbs during this 4 week cycle. Cuz I heard sdmz2.0 is a monster lol
 
Looks good man. Make sure you keep your cals above your NEW maintenance level through post cycle therapy (pct). You have to account for the added weight. Nolva should be ran at least at 20mg/day for the entire 4 weeks. You will most likely put on 10 - 15 lbs. Obviously that's not pure muscle mass, but for the most part it will be lean mass... definite water retention but you're not going to look hella bloated or anything, assuming your diet is in check.

The compounds in SMZ 2.0 are consideraly stronger than H-drol.

In fact, Dimethazine, one of the steroids in 2.0, has been proven by clinical studies to be a more potent muscle builer than Dianabol or Anadrol, mg for mg. This has also been proven in the real-world time and time again.

Visually, reslts are much drier than either d-bol or Anadrol. Neither compound aromatizes and Dimethazine, when taken alone, will actually cause you to drop sub-q water, leaving you not only much bigger & stronger, but looking much better...harde, drier, and more vascular as well. What other steroid exceeds the muscle building power of Anadrol and D-bol, yet makes you look like a cutting drug?

Methylstenbolone adds further power to the product, as it is a potent steroid in its own right. It does not cause the user to dry-out, as does Dimethazine, but it does not cause sub-q water retenton either. It is neutral in this regard.
 
OP, 15-20 lbs in a 4 week run of anything is unrealistic. I am in the final week of post cycle therapy (pct) from a 4 week run of SDMZ very similar to yours. I gained 10-12 lbs while on, and am retaining 6-8 lbs at this point. SDMZ seemed more like a dry bulk/recomp to me. I didnt get bloated while on it. Strength went up and physical size improved. One thing that I would add to your run is DHEA or 4-Andro to combat lethargy........the lethargy really kicked my ass in weeks 3 and 4 on this compound. I am looking forward to running Methadrol Extreme alongside Tren next go round.

Plenty of guys have gained 15-20 lbs with it. How much someone gains is dependent on several factors, but generally speaking, those with minimal steroid experience and who are still a long away from fullfilling their genetic potential, have the ability to add the most muscle over the shortest period of time. I know one guy who added 21 lbs in 3 weeks with 3 caps of Methadrol per day. He kept 18 lbs. He ate like an animal and trained very hard. Many guys simply don't eat enough to maximize gains.
