I just started superdrol about 2 wks ago...i take 20mg in the am, 20mg at noon and 10mg about 15-30min before workout. Thats 50mg per day still no lower back pain. Figured if they said it was safe to take 40 i could bump it up at least 10 w/o any ill effects. So far been working. If ya wann check out my gains look at joshbeam1's training log in the training forum. I've been making decent gains...especially considering the longer hrs at work, less rest, etc. Hope this next wk is a bit easier. still trying to keep my cals up, but not always successfull on that...2 much work. I'll try harder though.
