ive been trying this for my shoulders lately to bring them up a bit more anyone else ever done something similar
seated press 4sets of 10-8 - front raise 4 sets of 10-8
lateral raises 4 sets of 10 - upright rows4 sets of 10-8
reverse flyes 4 sets of 10-12 - barbell shrugs 4 sets of 10
seen some mass and stregnth gains from it
