Im taking just protein right now...i heard creatine just goes away after your done taking it and glutamine is a waste..What are some good supplements to take to put on some muscle
no xplode worked for me and gained about5 pounds of solid muscle and kept it even after i stopped using it. Creatine ethyl ester is also good for lean muscle without any bloat.
stay away from all the no2 products- a complete waste of money, thats the general concensus. eat clean with plenty of protein, 1.5 grams per lb body wieght. creatine ethel ester is a good supp. multivitamin is a good addition, thats pretty much it- most everything else is unproven to do anything except take your money- food/work/sleep&more food!
