Hi Guys, im going to testing alot of supplements in the next few months and continuing till next year, so keep an eye on this thread i will be reviewing alot of supplements
And you can recommend supplements for me to take, i am wanting to build muscle, lose excess fat, but dont overload me with a load of crap supplements that dont do anything lol..
The Reason Why?
Well there is a few reasons why im going to be testing supplements,
1: Because i wanna get f**king ripped and im motivated like never before.
2:For health boosting reasons, alot of these supplements are tonics and good for health.
3:Because my first time ever taking steroids and my first cycle is not going to happen anytime soon because i feel taking steroids is not a good option for me right now so ive saved a few hundred pounds on steroids so i have money to buy loads of supplements.

Saw Palmetto
Ginseng
Avena Sativa
Tongkat Ali
Muira Puama
Catuaba
D-Aspartic Acid
And For Simplicity of reading i will create a thread for each..
First Up will be D-Aspartic Acid because i already have some
*As with any amatuer reviewing products i can not give 100% correct feedback as we all know each persons body will react differently and i may be taking two supplements at a time, and as this is quite a lot of f sh*t to take i may not take every single supplement, even though they are not health damaging substances like hard drugs, they do have side effects, so i may skip a review if i get really bad side effects, but im a strong person and i dont really give a f*ck about doseages which is stupid but i feel if a product is supposed to give me energy and doesnt i will triple the doseage, i think of things like this, i eat healthy, i exercise, i dont drink alcohol, i dont touch drugs, so wtf is the big deal over supplements, people abuse there bodies everyday of the week,obese people, alcoholics, drug addicts, so yeah i might take 5 supplements at a time because thats how i am, and i dont do steroids so i can do these supplements at crazy doses and i can handle a headache or sickness etc. so im likely to take each one.*
*Important* If you are recommending supplements for me to take, i will more than likely go and buy it my goals are to lose weight and build muscle, and build stamina.So bear that in mind when recommending supplements.
I DO NOT NEED ANYTHING TO PUMP ME UP IM ANGRY AS FU*K SO IM OKAY WITH PRE WORKOUTS. I NEED STUFF TO KEEP ME AT IT AND FOCUSED WITH MORE STAMINA AND MORE BALANCED ..
