BCAA, glutamine etc are essential hit some protein as well for post workout. Creatine not essential and u prob wont notice any difference but im sure there is no harm in taking it. Creatine --> creatinine is not actually bad for u but.. When u get ur bloodwork, creatinine is used to assess renal function and if Tren raises creatinine along with creatine then docs might think something wrong with ur kidney (creatinine elevated outside normal range). hope this helps
