Sure Fire Quality Control? Amps vs Vials

Hello brothers,

Im about to place a new order somewhere...Now, Ive had some good/ some bad results with gear from the land/country synonymous with take out, and most of it im pretty sure is under dosed at best...

Now, this isnt a source question---Im going blind looking at different places, back and forth, when it occurs to me: Most of the time i get vials----and many have been great results; But I really dont have $ to F around with this time--so here it is:

If I order anything in Ampules--does it more or less guarantee its legit/g2g? Im thinking for a buck or two more per dose, do i eliminate the doubt about if ive got quality product? Do ampules automatically mean human grade?

I have heard that ampules are less likely to be faked due to the expensive equipment required to fill/seal the ampules-- which does make sense. But then again that is all hear say. Personally, If all other factors were even, and I had to choose between a vial or ampule, I would go for the ampule for the above reason.
