surface bumps on nipple.. gyno?

I got surface bumps around my nipple. Almost looks like tiny ingrown hairs. I have no lumps under the nipple and no soreness. And as far as I can tell my nipples have not gotten bigger nor puffy. Any ideas?

Not gyno. Likely a clogged hair follicle or a natural growth. Don't play with your nipples, it'll make you go blin.... Errrrrrrrrr, possibly cause you to lactate and make them puffier.

Ive had the bumps you are talking about forever. They are irritated hair follicles. I used to get them real bad after surfing.
