Hey everyone, it's that time, putting my cycle together, so I came to the place where the knowledge is at! Now, I will try to answer the questions I think is coming first...
I have been on two Test C cycles (only) which made nice gains, very lean, (they were both fight preps), and I have been on numerous PH cycles. No sides on any of the cycles (knock on wood). My goals at that time was strength and lean mass gains (due to weight class, diet and cardio couldn't bulk much).
Well, new goals! Actually looking to be competitive in BBing within a few years (at 250lbs+ comp weight) 6'1" 217 11% (generic scale bf% measurer) now 2 weeks in a PH cycle.
So, I have talked to a few people regarding a cycle for these goals. I am set on a Test/Dbol/Deca cycle, maybe a few times. But, what I want to know is, I keep hearing about these freaky SUS gains, especially the quicker acting ability due to the prop. I'd like to know if I should do SUS in place of either Test E/C?
Now, for the people who are going to ask me about my diet, I do know how to diet to "drop weight" due to fighting, not how to bulk, and cut, which from what I am researching is completely different than what I was doing. So, I have lined up a Nutrition Program for my wife and I with 3J which we will be starting soon!
So, what do people think about this? Sus/Dbol/Deca? Or Test E/C/Dbol/Deca?
***EDIT: OH! And I know it's coming so, been in the gym now for little over 3 years. "size" Lifting for about 2 of them. Went from 160 6%, to my current 217 11% (most size gains on the PH cycles and lots of protein shakes).
