I have just finsihed a 10 ml bottle of sustanon 250 at 2ml a week wo 5 weeks and i have now got another 10 ml bottle of sustanon 250 and a bottle of nandrolone 200 i took my first shot today -1ml of each in same syringe is that ok or should i of ran the sus longer :/ help please. ?
