if your at the gym a couple of hours your there to long 1-1.5 hours and get out. especially for you because with your job your easily overtrained.
no problem with leavin the gym sooner, but did u think its more likely that i have fake gear? or its just to hot to often combined with a super fast metabolism causin me problems gaining weight???
also if u think the gear is the problem , where do recommend i order better gear from for my next cycle that i plan to run during the winter months??
