sustanon and winstrol need hlep pls if someone can give me advice

Just need to knw if those are good to cycle together and what I can run with it if I need to run something.
3rd cycle in 3 yrs first one was sus alone second was sus and deca but I got alot of bad weight due to poor diet and beer lol
Now im 220 bout 16% bf im 5"10 an im 32 and im pretty strong I have been off cycle for about 6 months I want to get stronger and lean mass I dnt want to get skinny I want to lose fat but get lean and bigger if someone can help that be great dnt want a complex cycle not trying to be MR O just want to look good and lift a house thats all
