Sustanon + Naposim + Stanozolol PCT protocol

Hello Guys,
can you please help me how to optimize my post cycle therapy (pct) protocol.

Just finished cycle
23ml Sustanon 500mg/week 11,5 weeks
200 5mg Naposims/ Methandienone/ D-bol as bulking kicker at start 30mg/day 1-4 weeks
50mg Stanozolol/ Winstrol pills weeks 7-10

For post cycle therapy (pct) I have
Clomid 50 50mg pills,
Tamoxifen/ Nolva I used 10mg a day during cycle so I have 30 10mg pills remaining
HCG 2 5000iu vials - note that I didn´t use during cycle, I prefer option running it after last Sust shot
Tribulus terrestris

Gained from 210lbs to 244lbs
