Sustanon + Winst cycle

Hi all,

This is my first cycle in a long while. I was thinking of Sustanon 250 + Winstrol. for 10 weeks.

36 yo
5'10"
185 LBS
16 to 19 % body fat

They guy i bought it from told me i should only start the Winstrol 3 weeks after i began my Sustanon (sust) cycle.

What do you guys think?

Should i start both at the same time, wait a few days, week?
