swollen glands under my nipples?

Hi i finished a 6 week cycle of M-drol about 4 months ago and started to feel like rings under my nipples about 2 months ago (puffy as well). I didnt take a PCT (yes i know) I iam waiting on some letro that should be here next week. I have also got novla on hand so no rebound. Is this gyno and will the letro cure it?

it may help, but more than likely the only thing that will get rid of your gyno is one of these

Nolva won't stop estro rebound. Taper off the letro dose.
