Synovex and methanol

When you convert the synovex-h in what part of the process to you get the methanol out of the solution? It's when you pour water over the filter after using the estrogen stabilizer right? I just want to make sure the methanol is out of it for sure. I haven't done this yet I am just thinking about it.

I have read and reread the process over and over and I still don't get some of it. Do you add the estrogen stablizer before you filter it the first time or after you get the binders out of it? Sorry for seeming like a fucktard,lol but methanol sure the hell needs to be out of there as does the estradiol.
