Real easy way to pop Synovex H out of it's green container w/out knarling your fingers up- you'll need two things - needlenose pliers and a butter knife. Use the needlenose pliers to bend the holding tabs att he top of the containers outwards then hold the container upside down and use the butterknife to force all the pills out- took about 2 minutes for me to do ten carts last night.
