I actually think I may overtain my shoulders. Particularly if I do seated dumbell presses after chest as the article mentions.

Think I'm having the same problem also. My shoulders used to be more pronounced, but have seemed to be lagging compared to other body parts growth.

Time to re-evaluate.

:D Thanks StoneCold just tryed your shoulder routine and DAME they hurt.Great routine i will stick with it for a while and see what happeneds. I did have a hard time with the "W" presses but boy did my shoulders hurt when I was gone with them. And what a burn i got from the static laterals raises.By the time i got to the leaning cable contractions i could barely move my arms.( had a hard time driving home) Once again THANKS!!
