It depend on the solvent and cosolvent (BA and bb) If it 2/18 or 2/20 i still use 23 g to inject personally....

i use 25's and it goes thru there pretty easily. maybe 27's would be good too.

Damn, I have pushed everything through a 29 gauge for over a year now. It's smooth to me.

Jimiiii, you should definitely make the switch to 25g! I was using 23g for a few years before I had the idea to try 25. Of course the guys that use slin pins will tell us that 25g is nothing like the 29 or 31g beauties. I'm too impatient to backfill myself, but have found 25g to be a much nicer step up from 23 or 22 (did that for a week) gauge. You hardly notice any difference in speed either.
