my wife has. worst mistake shes ever made in her figure career. Looked great during, but afterwards and beyond it took quite a while for her to bounce back. The thyroid in general is pretty resilient, but i think T3 is a mistake for females.
Can it be helpful? Yes, but unless your trying to get into single digit BF%, I don't suggest it. Since your a bikini competitor, i wouldn't see why you'd need it anyway.
Besides that, T3 will eat thru everything. The whole clen anti-catabolic thing is a bunch of shit to me, so even adding that is a mess IMO.
You can get into badass shape without it and it isn't worth it to me.
I'm on 100mcg ED right now on a cycle of NPP and Test-P. The first 3 weeks I suffered some muscle weakness but I'm 4 weeks in and my strength is bouncing back now. Lost about 12 lbs cutting in the first 2 weeks, kind of tapered off now but I backed off on my cardio as well so I could keep my strength where I want it.
