Whats a good dose of t3 to run while trying to put on size?? i wanna use it to keep of the extra fat while taking in all those calories and also to help with protien synthesis.
some will argree some will disagree, really the only person ive seen take a stand on this is bigandy he says small doses 12.5 to 25mcg will not shut down endogenous thyroid output?>?? to be honest im not sure if it shuts your thyroid down at that dose or not , i would still taper even from 12.5 mcgs to be safe . try 12.5 mcgs eod for a few weeks just to be safe .imo most weight rebound from t3 is caused by not tapering down properly and or getting used to being able to eat more while on t3 and not dropping the calories back down when coming off .
it depends , some use t3 as a crutch so they can eat like crazy and not gain weight or to keep fat to a minimum while bulking . something like this is what im reffering to above . not someone allready dieting or at a maintainence calorie level .
