If you had T-3 in powder. Would you make a liquid mixture out of it?

If so what would you use?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

i wish i had T3 powder. I would use liquid too because of the very small amount of T3 you would use (in micrograms) so it would be incredibly hard to measure

t3 is a sweet powder... ive mixed it in everclear... but you need to wear gloves and a mask... and be VERY accurate...
