Hi everyone! Im new to these boards and I figured Id start off by posting my diet over the course of the past 2 days! Id love to hear some criticism and advice!
8/16/04
Meal 1
-2 turkey lunchmeat and cheese sandwiches (slim choices, went to the grocery store immediately after)
the sandwiches included
4 pieces of bread
4 slices cheese
2.5 servings turkey lunchmeat
Total cals = 765
Total protein = 52
Meal 2 PRE WORKOUT
-can of tuna
-cup of oats in 8oz milk
Total Cals = 540
Total protein = 49
Meal 3 POST WORKOUT
-2 scoops whey in water
-1 cup of orange juice with 40g dextrose and Swole V2
-Breyers yogurt
Total Cals = 560
Total Protein = 55
Meal 4
-Breyers yogurt
-8 oz milk
-1 cup oatmeal in 8 oz milk
Total cals = 710
Total protein = 37
Meal 5
-8 oz milk
-1 scoop whey
-1 tbsp flax
-2 tbsp ANPB (all of these were part of a shake)
-salad w/ olive oil
-1/4 cup almonds
Total cals = 830
Total protein = 46
Meal 6 (before bed, havent had this one yet)
-1 cup large curd cottage cheese
-2 scoops ANPB
Total cal = 430
Total protein = 36
Total cals for the day = 3835
Total protein for the day = 275
Definitely lookin for advice and criticism. I know that I need to really up the vegetable intake, I was just workin with very limited supplies today. The only vegetables I usually eat are broccoli and romaine lettuce, but I usually have a serving of one or the other with every meal. I am currently 16 years old, 150-155lbs, and bulking. Advice is greatly appreciated!!!
