ok guys just wanted to get your input on my diet.
I work 8 to 4 and found hitting the gym in the morning is better for me then after work .
I work at a hospital so im always moving around maybe 20 mins of sit down time.
Im 29 5'9" 248lbs I have dropped down from 272 in the last couple of months.
1. 4am 6 egg whites 1 slice of wheat bread w/ peanut butter
2. 730am after gym 1 scop protein w/bannanna, mixed w/ 1/3 cupt of plain oatmeal
3 8am 3 oz of meat (chicken) 3oz of veges , 1/3 cup of carbs (brown rice)
4 11am repeat
5. 2 pm repeat
6. 5pm repeat
Proteins Carbs
chicken breast black beans
top serlion yams
fish brown rice
ground turkey sweet potatoes
pork loins
