Tbol/Test/Primo 1st cycle

I am planning to start a Tbol only cycle for 6 weeks @40mg/day.I have been taking propecia for 3 yrs now to prevent hair loss and my question is should i add around 150 mg of test to this cycle?I am looking for gaining around 15 pounds after post cycle therapy (pct) but am really concerned about my hair.I did a research online and found that primobolan is good if one is concerned about hair.However you need some form of test along with primo since it supresses the HPTA.
What would you suggest
1>tbol only cycle for 6 weeks @40mg
2>tbol(40mg/week) + test(150 mg/week)
3>tbol(40)+primobolan(300mg)+test(150mg
Hair loss is a concern for me as i have been taking propecia for 3 yrs now.
I weigh 150 pounds with 14% BF.
Height:5'7
Age:26
This will be my first cycle

and of course your ancillaries like aromasin...

add some hcg...

get your post cycle therapy (pct) figured out...

and bam!!!! Your on your way to gettin jacked and tough as fuck!
 
Wont it cause hair loss.i have no had hair loss since using propecia for 3 yrs.So u r suggesting a test only cycle and that i shuldnt add tbol /primo to it?

ya first cycles should be test only...never take dbol or primo or any other aas without test...

if your taking propecia then I wouldnt worry about hair loss bro

usually i agree with cobra because his advice is solid but this time is different .


dude you weight 150 pounds , steroids do not perform miracles and you want to add 10% of your bodyweight . there is no way your diet is even close to right at that bodyweight and the bigger you get the more food you HAVE to eat or you will shrink right back down to 150. get your diet right and then do cobras cycle.
 
I have been taking 200gms protein and 200 grms cabs .
I have come up with a cycle.Let me know if this is good or you still think i should wait for some time

Here is the diet plan
meal 1 Breakfast: 6 egg whites + 1 yolk + 2 brown bread + 1 banana
meal 2 Post workout: protein shake(1 scoop) + dextrose(1 scoop)
meal 3,one hour after the workout : boiled chicken breast 8 oz + beans+ brown rice or pasta
meal 4: protein shake (1 scoop) + apple
meal 5 Dinner : 4 oz chicken breast + veggies + walnut+ 1 brown bread+ chobani greek yog
meal 6: protein shake(1 scoop) + almonds + peanut butter(1 tablespoon)

Workout plan
monday: Chest(am) and cardio(pm)
tue : Back
wed :Legs
thur :shoulders
friday:arms
Sat :cardio

I am 5'7 @ 152 pounds and 26 yr old.

You should seriously do what dawg said first...your just a bean pole man...that tells the world that you dont have your diet or training or both in check...you need to have those in check before you run anything or its just going to be a complete waste....put the hard head away and get our your thinking cap

Sounds like another one looking for answers but doesn't want them unless they're what he wants to hear.
 
Easy guys...I am giving myself 2 more months to get the diet in check before starting the AAS.As far as the training is concerned my trainer changes the schedule every 3 to 4 weeks.I will talk to 3J further about what needs to be added to my diet.

This is my first time trying AAS and i had a lot of questions even after doing a lot of research online.So i wanted to know what the majority of vets on the forum thought about the cycle.
Different people might have different opinions and i wanted to weigh in on evey1s advice ,hence i continued with the thread
 
Read through all of the stickies and newbie info on this forum. It sounds like you haven't done much research as of right now -- maybe just rattling off a couple AAS names that you've seen mentioned quite a bit.

For your first cycle, just do a cycle of Test. Don't add any other AAS compounds to it. Keep it simple so you can monitor how your body reacts. You don't need more than just Test for your first cycle. Test E or C, HCG, an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like Aromasin, and Clomid or Nolva for post cycle therapy (pct). 12 weeks.
 
I realised that i am not eating well enough to do AAS although i have increased my calories a lot.I want to do just 1 cycle and that would be it so will wait for some more time to get the perfect results.
