Ok first of all I'm jas im 23yrs old 6'4" 215lbs around 15-18 percent bodyfat, I play a lot of ball around 3x a week(this serves as my cardio) I lift weights 3x a week and every 2month I change my program for my muscle not to plateau, I'v been seriously working out for 1 year been in the gym for 4 years, My lifts are flat bench-245 lbs 1rep max, squat- 345lbs 1rep max deadlift- 405 1 rep max,
I'v been lurking around this forum for quite a while now,I must admit I Was really gonna juice up but I just realized I can still reach my potential with proper diet,
My goal is to get into a better physical condition get visible abs and get a little big(I know what I'm aiming is impossible) but this is my motivation!
I would just like to get some advise can anybody help me out with my diet so far this is what I'm gonna try
protien= 220g
fats= 91g
carbs= 370g
Total KCAL= 3179
What do you guys think? to much or to less carbs? fats? protein?
Here's what I look like sorry crappy pics
Based on the pics do you think I should bulk or cut?
Any inputs would be appreciated
