Test 250 and Deca ???

Im 5,7 170 iv done a cycle of test 250 of 1mil two times a week for 3 months. and loved the results! but looking to try a stack of test and deca and looking for tips..

every morning i eat 5 eggs 1-2 yokes.

protein shake around 10

2x turkey sandwiches for lunch

pre workout around 5 before the gym

protein shake after the gym

then chicken, steak, or eggs for dinner.

what do you guys think? also have heard that deca is good for joints and bones? is that true? i have a broken back (L5 S1) and would love is this would help?

I'm doing 250 test, 200 deca at the moment

You need calories, eat all of the eggs,,not just the yoke, add cheese
Get the calories and protein

Here is a diet to follow, you want to grow and not waste your gear? THen follow it.

I used this as a base for ur ore workout and post workout meals throw in faster carbs.. White rice red taters baked taters some wheat bread doesn't matter just throw it in.. Some supplements to think about

Or intra or post workout
Dextrose powder and bcaa with flavoring
Or just go high roller and get vitargo


Meal 1
1 scoop protein
6 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal

Meal 2
10 oz steak
1.5 cups brown rice

Meal 3
2 6 oz chicken breast
8 oz sweet tater

Meal 4
Same
With 1.5 cups brown rice

Meal 5
10 oz steak
1 oz almonds
1 cup broccoli

Meal 6
2 scoops protein
With tablespoon of peanut butter

Wake up 4 hours in sleep
Drink 1 scoop protein
With tablespoon of putter


Report back in a few months swole as fuck
