test 400

how should i use test 400 193 pounds age 29 5.9 height and will i get acne

everybody reacts different bro..i myself doesn't break out, my buddy breaks out just looking at it

if you can keep the blood levels as constant as possible, that will help minimize the chance of sides (such as acne)

400mg/wk is a good dosage, especially if its your first cycle..so you could break it up and shoot 200mg on monday, 200mg on thursday.

Yes everyone reacts differently and if you are prone to acne I'm sure it will aggravate you worse then someone who isnt. 400 - 500mg a week for a first cycle is plenty with 2 shots a week for Test E or C.

and certainly a good diet should be necessary.

This.

Oh, and also, there are some other precautionary measures you can take if you are very concerned with acne vulgaris.

1. As mentioned earlier, I would say that the first thing that one can do to really avoid it as much as possible is to keep your AAS blood levels as stable as possible. I'm not sure if this is your first cycle or not. If it is I suppose 400mg/week would suffice. If you have used before perhaps utilize 600mg/week. In either case, I would inject half of your weekly dosage on Monday and then the other half on Thursday.

2. Get UV-radiation exposure. You would be really surprised how many cases of acne vulgaris disappear altogether with a little sun-exposure (I'm talking maybe 30 mins over the entire day on most areas of your body).

3. Use OTC skin-cleansing supplies. Look for ones that contain salicylic acid as well as benzoyl peroxide. These 2 compounds are the most effective OTC option for combatting problematic irritated inflamed areas. Be forewarned that these 2 compounds will tend to cause excessive drying of the skin; so use sparingly and in conjunction with some type of moisturizer or lotion.

4. Hop on some medication. Early options are the tetracycline antibiotics including such drugs as doxicycline and minocycline, the ladder being slightly more potent. If this option fails and your acne remains untreated I would ask your dermatologist to put you on accutane.

The old protocol for accutane was a high dosage for a short period of time, colloquially known as a blast. What was found though is that treatment method was riddled with unbelievably horrid side-effects. More commonly, the protocol is a low (usually 10-20mg) dosage run daily for a long period of time, somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 months.

While on cycle I run 20mg of Accutane a few weeks before the cycle begins all the through a few weeks after post cycle therapy (pct). This has ben an incredibly useful method for preventing acne on my behalf.

Also, I think it is important to note that many people, myself included, do not actually get acne until post cycle therapy (pct) or even afterwards. I have not ever gotten a single papule until the compounds were completely out of my body.

Lastly, remember that, even at a low dosage, accutane dose impose some stress on the liver. If taken in conjunction with other potentially hepatoxic compounds, accutane may pose a serious heath risk that you should definitely discuss with your healthcare professional.

Best of luck~
