if I decide to start test c at 300 per week, is it necessary to still run arimidex or aromasin? can I just stick with nolva 20 ED?? i don't want massive gains. just some lean muscle.
300mg/wk is barely giving you more than you're replacing. Read the sticky on 300mg vs 600mg to get a better understanding on why 500mg/wk is recommended. An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for that dose (300) is still recommended btw.
If you're a beginner you may want to skip testosterone e or c for the first cycle. I should advice you to start with d-bol (30-50 mg per day), deca (250 mg per week) and sustanon (250 mg per week). It is desirable that the cycle takes about 8 weeks. The use of Nolvadex/Tamoxifen is recommended.
Dude, stop posting this. Seriously. You have NO clue on what you're recommending and it will only potentially mess him up. Let me tell you why:
1) Dianabol is a very "wet" compound that aromatizes HEAVILY. I'm not saying it's not a great compound to use, but it's simply not a good idea for a newbie to start off with a drug that has such a high propensity for estrogen sides. It's GREAT for later cycles, but not until someone has the hang of how their body works with AAS and knows how to control those sides.
2) Using more than compound at once for the first time makes it VERY difficult if not impossible to tell which drug is causing what sides. This is why taking it slow and going simple is recommended. If you know how you react to testosterone, and then take dbol later, you'll know it's the dbol causing whatever sides you experience. Starting out is tough enough as is, why make it even harder on the guy?
3) Deca being a 19-nor has it's own set of sides that need to be recognized and understood. Sure, the joint lubing properties and mild androgenic qualities make this a great compound, but do YOU know what prolactin-induced sides are? Ever heard of Deca-dick? There are more variables to take into account when adding such a compound. This is a great second cycle addition, AFTER people know how to handle test by itself.
4) Glad you know what Nolvadex is, shame it won't do much for aromatization which causes elevated blood pressure, bloat, prostate issues, mood swings, acne, and many other sides that you simply can't "feel". Nolva is used during PCT as a SERM prevents estrogen from binding to breast tissue. It doesn't do anything for prolactin/progesterone induced gyno nor does it lower estradiol as mentioned above.
5) 8 week cycle with sustanon? You're aware that sust contains 4 different esters; 3 of which have a long release time, right? That means it takes roughly 4 weeks for it to even kick in, then you end the cycle 4 weeks later? What a waste of blood serum ramp time imo. Notice from the copy/paste below what the half-lives are and how test E/C relate:
