if I mix my test and deca in one plunger and I inject it together is it just as effective as injecting each separately?
im currenty doing 600 mg of test and 400 mg deca per week

Yes. I would only be concerned with how many ml you are injecting in one spot.

Like other have said you're fine but 600 mg test e, is what 2,2 ml ? And the 400mg is also 2ml for total of 4.2 ml ?
I think max you should inject in most sites is 3 ml.

Yeh, i'm stupid... I just read the total doses and forgot its divided by at least 2 injections.
