TEST cyp and enth iterchangeable?

are test cyp and test enth interchangeable during the same cycle?...in other words can run them both in the same cycle?(example: test cyp weeks 1-12
then test enth weeks 13-16)

I don't see why not. The half life of cyp is slightly longer than enanthate, but I don't remember exactly what. Like one day longer or something. Other than that, they are basically the same.
