Test Cyp / Dbol Cycle

Now then everybody, first thread on this site looking for any information on a test cyp 500mg, stacked with dbol 40mg ED cycle.
im planning on running the test for 12 weeks, jabbing twice a week.
As for the dbol i'm not sure how long to run it for, i know its fast acting thats why i went with it to give me the boost before see or feel anything from the test. I've heard 4-5 weeks is a good start just want to clarify this information.
havent planned a pct yet so please feel free to share your experience thanks bros :wackit:
 
Looks good so far. For pct do slomid at 50/50/50/50 and nolva at 40/40/20/20. Do you plan on running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like adex or aromasin.
 
Im going to be honest, i know that they prevent testosterone's from being converted into Estrogen. But not sure of the outcome of not using them would be? also i dont know if they are available to me.

If you don't take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) you are much more prone to side effects. They control your estrogen because when when your test levels are raised so are your estrogen which means better chance for gyno and limp dick. There's other sides but those seem to be the ones people care about the most. You can get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from rui, they have a link at the top of the page.
 
500/week for 12 weeks of Cyp is good.
I would start the dbol at 20 and work up to 40, give your system a chance to get used to it before you dive in. I like 40 all at once as a pre-workout, but I only take 10 in the morning and 10 in the afternoon on non-gym days. I would limit it to 4 weeks. You should take something for your liver while using dbol, NAC and ALA together seem to be the best.
You will NEED an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) running test and dbol together. I like Adex at 1/2mg E3D or EOD as needed. You should be able to get it from the same place you're getting the test and PCT.
What J Fox said for post cycle therapy (pct). Nolva and Clomid for 4 weeks, starting 2-3 weeks after your last test pin.
I would recommend adding Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) as it helps you recover faster. Use 250iu 2X per week. I pin same day as test. You want your last pin to be 3-4 days before PCT starts. If you have enough, start at week 2, otherwise count backwards to find your start date. The timing of the last pin is more important than the first.
 
Yeh 20 sounds good for the first week and on non gym days, and 40 all aat once on gym day pre work out how long before the work out??. As for the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I never used one on my first cycle and i didnt use it to its full potential, that was 2 years ago so i want this time to be different. should I use the adex from week 1 and do you have a recommended dosage? and to start my pct 2-3 weeks after my last test pin? thanks for your time pal, really getting excited for this cycle i just want everything to be right this time !!

Like I said before, I would start adex at 1/2mg E3D and increase it to EOD or even ED if you feel you need it. If you're not taking enough, you'll start to get itchy nipples, but if you're taking too much and crashing your estro to much, the symptoms are less obvious, no start low and work your way up as needed. If you get liquid adex you can try 1/4mg ed, but splitting 1mg tablets into 1/4's is touch of a PITA for me.

I would say take the dbol about an hour, matby an hour and a half before you workout. Try it different ways and see what works best for you. I tend to workout kind of slow, I lift heavy and rest in between sets and muscle groups. As a result, I can spend 2 hours doing my routine, so I've been taking 20mg about an hour and a half before I go to the gym, and 20mg as I'm gathering my stuff to leave the house. The staggered doses seem to give me a good, long boost without one giant spike. Everyone responds a little different so you'll have to see what works for you.

The first time I used dbol, I don't remember if I took 30 or 40, but I took it all at once pre-workout. When I got to the gym my heart rate was way up, I was sweaty and breathing fast and just felt like shit, like I had 2 pots of coffee and just needed to go sit in the corner. I had a terrible workout that day. The next time I took 20 and that was great, I few workouts later I could feel it was doing as much so I went to 30, and so on. 40 still feels good to me, but again, this is me, not you. YMMV
 
sorry man, i only just figuring out your steroidology acronyms ha , (each day, each other day, every 3 days ). i shall follow your recommendations and tweak personally if needed, thanks to the both of you for sharing your knowledge with me it has been very useful :biggthump
 
im not a fan of tapering dbol up like rumpy suggested... i personally think you should just hit dbol with 40 to begin with, 20 when u wake up and 20 an hour before yo ugo to the gym
 
Dennis, I'm saying to do it all of the time or every cycle or what ever, just if he's never taken it, start slow for your very first time. Like I said, the very first time I took it I started at 40, and that was too much for me at that time. Now 40 is my usual dose. Just better to see how you react to it and let your system get used to it before you hit it too hard is all.

seems like a waste to me, even if it is his first time... you don't taper test... you just run straight with 1 dosage... same concept for orals, and if its too much you can just back off :P
