So I've been trying to figure this out and can't. Everywhere I read it says start with atleast 500mg of test E or C a week or it will be pointless. My friends first cycle of test E he only did 200mg a week for 10 weeks and put on 20 pounds. His second cycle he stacked test/deca and put on 20 pounds. Then for his third he did test E for 200mg a week and put on 15 pounds. Should I stick with only 200mg or do 400mg for my first cycle.
