test deca cycle question

this is going to be my 3rd cycle.

if I'm taking test 500 per week, what's the recommended dosage for deca and how many weeks? And do I split it twice a week like test?

Keep the deca less than the test to avoid the dreaded deca dick. 400mg should be just fine, and yes split it. Be sure to do 2 more weeks of test after finishing deca

you don't have to split the deca if u dont want to, very long half life longer than the test. id go with 600test 400deca
