So running test e alone at 500mg 250 on sunday and 250wed im just over 6 pins in 3rd week and tonight my strength was like no other when I hit delts.. A lot of stuff has changed recently though, added a lot more carbs to my diet , an extra 5 cups of oats a day to my shakes, 20 grams a day of creapure split into 5 doses, and started taking c4 extreme after being off white flood and all caffeine for a month and a half. I set new personal records on everything tonight, one example is my rear delt spread on the machine on my heaviest set went from 175 for 3 to 200 for 5. Is a strength increase this much normal in just the 3rd week? I wasn't expecting anything till week 4. I dunno if its placebo effect or what , but holy shit. To all you first timers out there , listen to the vets 500mg a week of test e alone and you will be stoked!!!!
