Test E 500mg (12 weeks) and Dbol 40mg (6 weeks).

I started the Dbol a whole week before 1st inject and now I am on my 3rd week of Dbol and 2nd week of Test. Weight before I started 176lbs and am now 186lbs. .

week 1-6: 40 mg of Dbol
week 1-12: 500mg of Test Enanthate
week 14-18 or longer: Nolva and Clomid (both liquid)

Diet for Friday Nov 11, 2005
Bodyweight: 191 lb
Body fat %: 12%

1st meal:
2 scoops of optimum whey, bagel, slice of orange bread (680 cals total)
Protein: 46 grams

2nd meal: boneless chicken breast sandwich with 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, 2 pieces of stone ground wheat bread, and a bagel
cals: 890 Protein:48

Had some servings of cashews in between meals

3rd meal: same as 2nd meal

4th: Meal replacement shake (muscle pro 52 grams of protein and 300 cals) and a bagel and a couple of servings of cashews.

5th: Ribeye steak with a potato and cashews.

6th meal: Mega Milk shake (casinate): 300cals and 32 grams of protein.

Total cals (including 400+ cals from cashews): 4000

this is your first cycle? why so many bagels? oh, cuz you live in nyc. check to see what kind of flour they're using in your bagels. avoid white flour; you're eating shit if it is. what about milk, you can't drink it? and i think your weight increased too quickly, imho: do more cardio. OTHERWISE: appears kick ass. good luck, keep up your gains and your apparent dedication! excellent shit! post your workout sched.

10 pounds in three weeks on Dbol and Test E. Thats about average according to my experience. Actually I used to average a 5 to 7 lb a week on the Dbol alone. Of course the gains slowed as the cycle continued.
 
Just some advice... stop the d-bol after like 4 or 5 weeks at the longest. That shit is really harsh on the liver and your lipid profile. I know you prob know this already, but I ran d-bol for 8 weeks and my liver values got all jacked up. So was my lipids. Just want you to be safe and keep healthy! Oh and congrats on the 10 pounds already. D-bol has a way of doing that, quick. Keep us posted.
