Test e and deca cycle (picking brains)

whats going on??????????????? im staring my 2nd cycle of test e and deca my mg and ancliaries are as follows

IM 30 YEARS OLD, 225LBS 5 9' BIGGER NOW THEN I WAS BEFORE I TOOK TEST BACK IN OCTOBER. I TRAIN 6 DAYS A WEEK AND I CARDIO IT UP 40 MINUTES BEFORE EACH TRAINING SESSION. I BELIEVE IF I DO CARDIO AFTER MY TRAINING SESSION I WILL LOOSE THE PUMP I WORKED FOR DURNING MY TRAINING. ONCE I START THIS CYCLE I WILL BRING DOWN CARDIO 10 MINUTES BECAUSE IM BULKING NOW...ANYWAY LMK WHAT YOU GUYS THINK?

12 WEEKS OF TEST E

10 WEEKS OF DECA (hcg starting after last pin of deca)

TEST E: 300MG A WEEK (150 SPLIT 2)

DECCA: 350 MG A WEEK (.875 SPLIT 2)

PCT WILL START 2 WEEKS AFTER LAST PIN OF TEST E AND 4 LAST PIN OF DECA

LIQUID STANE 12.5 IF NEEDED (FIRST CYCLE OF TEST E NO SIDES OR GYNO ISSUES)

LIQUID PRAMI .25 EVERY 3 DAYS ( WILL GO HALF TO START)

HCG: 500IU TWICE A WEEK START AFTER LAST PIN OF DECA AND FINISH BEFORE PCT

OSTARINE AT 15 MG DURNING PCT

AS ALWAYS, I HAVE MY FISH OIL, MULTIVITAMINS, SAL PALM METTO. RED YEAST RICE. MILK
THISTLE AND HAWTHORNE BERRY

WILL RUN CLOMID, NOT NOLVADEX BC IT CAN PROMOTE PROLACTIN ISSUE FROM DECA WHILE ON PCT

150MG FIRST DAY 100 MG 2 WEEK AND 50 MG LAST 2 WEEKS

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK?

- You don't need to lower the cardio if you're bulking - unless it's considered to be highly intensive to the point where you become catabolic.
- I usually do cardio after my workout because I take preworkout and I don't want the duration of my preworkout to be used on cardio; however doing cardio before or after doesn't matter much. It's splitting hairs... unless it's draining you.

I actually just ran the same cycle. It went pretty well. My one recommendation would be to keep your diet as CLEAN as possible despite the fact you're taking Deca (which is commonly used as a bulking agent) because Deca is really bad about water retention which leads to a myriad of different problems such as elevated blood pressure, bloat, etc., etc. Seems you researched everything well. I'd personally run Caber(Dostinex) over Prami - but it's preference. Seems good.

1- deca should be ran longer then 10 weeks, id say 12-14 at the very least
2 so you are starting your hcg at 10th week ??why not from the start?
3- did you get your blood work done?
4- id wait 15-18 days after last pin of test e before starting your pct, include nolva as well as clomid.
 
Uhhhh, gosh. Where to start..?

1. You do realize that estradiol does more than cause boobies to grow, right? Unless you have blood work showing estradiol isn't high, you should ALWAYS use an AI.

Your prostate will thank you. ;)

2. Cardio at 40 minutes while maintaining? Is your diet poor or something? I get some folks enjoy it, but it's totally unnecessary if diet is in check. That, and why before you train? You realize that you're depleting glycogen BEFORE you use it that way, right? Glycogen on demand = more intense training = better muscle tears = better growth.

3. Your deca is on the low side, but I guess if you're more comfortable with a lower dose, more power to you. :)

4. Prami has a relatively short half-life, you should be doing it EOD, if needed. If estradiol is controlled, you may not. The stuff is not easy on the tummy, so you'll understand why it's often to avoid it if you don't need it.

5. You can stop wasting money on the crap supplements like saw palmetto and milk thistle. They literally do NOTHING for you, but drain your wallet. Fish oil is good, and a good multi are fine. Creatine and NAC can fill in the rest of your needs. A good BCAA intra-workout can also be beneficial.

6. Nolvadex does not agonize prolactin. That's a poorly written study that started the nonsense, and if I wanted to ensure the best possible recovery odds - I'dI'd certainly use both. Just like HCG at the start of your cycle; why wait for atrophy? Keep the hardy boys happy, and they will likely respond better in the end. ;)

7. Ostarine is suppressive and has no place in PCT. I have no idea where that one came from, but it's not a recovery agent at all.

8. Everything else was covered by fitguy imo.

Ostarine is very good and kept 90% of the gains while eating clean during my test e pct, I don't run hcg during becasue it's all synthetic, rather onky do 10 weeks of it... Also the Sal Pam metto does work wonders becasue when my father in law was 50 his prorate enlarged and then he went and took the supplement and now at 56 he has a normal sized prostate.. It works great! He also had high cholesterol so he used red yeast rice and that worked great for him too his doctor told him... I've gained 16 lbs in 6 months doing cardio 1st and then my workout after and it hasn't messed with my gains at all, and 4 of those lbs were natural
 
I wouldn't run ostarine during pct. Recovery is the most important part of a cycle and running that in pct is going backwards from the goal of recovery. Cardio b4 a workout is not a bad thing but if it is very intense your workout will truly suffer. 40 mins to just Maintain? I'd say poor diet also as listed above. I agree with hcg on the tail end of a cycle thou not all thru the cycle
 
Why if you are cycling and trying to grow LMM would you ever do cardio before training. Backwards. Doo cardio after. Keeping an AI on hand, crap here we go again. I guess you aspirate also.

Oh boy re-read over and over the halfwits post here AND the sticky on Estrogen sides. As said there are so many unwanted and unhealthy side with high and low estrogen.

Well I guess you have it all figured out and are clearly a miracle of human genetics.

Oh, and the supplement industry loves you. Red yeast rice is banned for sale in the US because it works. Pharmaceutical companies have patented the statins found on RYR (don't know how), so technically your father benefited from medically patented technology. ;)

I'm too tired to debate your other points, but I stand by every item I posted. :p
