Want to start off by saying I'm 20 years old, 5'10 170 about 8% bf and have been lifting and dieting seriously since I was 16 hormone free. Made great gains and have achieved a great physique but I have hit a wall over the past 8 months now. I decided to start a beginner cycle to put on the weight and size. Background, I have had tendonitis in both my wrists (when I played hockey) and recently recovered in my right elbow. My plan is to run:
Test e 500mg/wk 10 weeks (pin M & F)
Tbol 40/60/60/40mg/wk 4 weeks
Adex 0.5mg EoD wk 2-12
post cycle therapy (pct) is Clomid
wk 12 @ 100mg/day
wk 16 @ 50mg/day
I am looking for advice here, not a lecture on how I'm too young to juice or what not because that won't help me, I have all the gear and have already started with Tbol and my first test e pin on Monday of this week. Now what I'm looking advice on it whether to run a low dosage of Equipoise (200mg/wk for 10 weeks starting friday) not for the gains of it but to increase collagen synthesis and promote stronger tendons as I feel like my body type is prone to tendon injuries and for longer lasting gains more solid gains?
Also side question: With this dosage of EQ is there likely risk of any sides (I've read 600mg/wk still shows little to no sides) and if so do I need a separate post cycle therapy (pct) or Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to counteract them (gyno ect) properly?
