Test E Cycle. 1 Month down, 2 to go.

Yes, another 'my first test E cycle'.

Just Test E, 250mg twice a week. Today was my 8th injection, concluding month one, got two more to go.
I have Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in hand but so far haven't had the need to use it. Also have Aromasin ready and will start on Monday (the beginning of week 5. 2.5mg/day).

*Stats*
-27 years old
-200 lbs
-15% bf +/-

*Training*
Always include squats/deads/chest & shoulder press
6 days a week / 18-21 sets per day / 10-12 reps
m- back/biceps
t- chest/triceps
w- abs/45 minutes cardio
th- legs
f- shoulders
s- abs/45 minutes cardio
s- off


*Goals*
This is my very first cycle. I wanted to pair it up with Dbol but decided not to, to see how my body reacts to test E by itself.

-Gain as much mass as possible, trying to stay lean and not add too much fat (specially since summer is approaching).

*Diet*
-I've never been the type to measure meals and count calories. I always try to eat consistently throughout the day, while trying to keep it clean and as healthy as possible.
-Drink between two and three protein shakes a day (one right after my workout).

*results so far*
Week four is almost over, and so far the most noticeable things are that Im sweating a bunch more and pumps last a bit longer.

Any input/ideas/suggestions/etc would be greatly appreciated. Would seriously consider them since you guys are pros and have been through what Im currently going through. The idea is to make the most of this cycle... Thanks!
 
Would you guys think it would be a good idea to switch workout routines every month to keep my body guessing?

I was thinking to do something like this starting this monday (start of week 5)

The idea here is to try and work every muscle group twice a week (sorta like HST).

It would look something like this:

Mon: Chest/biceps/abs/20-30 minutes cardio
Tue: Legs/triceps
Wed: Shoulders/back
Thurs: off
Fri: chest/biceps/abs/20-30 minutes cardio
Sat: legs/triceps
Sun: shoulders/back

thoughts? what plans have worked for you?
 
quick question, this will sound quite stupid, but im having trouble with the aromasin dosage... Im supposed (or at least will) start taking it since im starting week 5. Im going to take 12.5 mg EOD. The aromasin Im taking is liquid though, it came with an oral use syringe with it, labeled in ml. Any idea how much am I to take? thanks guys.
 
So here is an update... today was injection #10. I used to take painkillers on injection days because I would get sore... This last week I have not, since I read that its not a good thing to do. The good thing is that the pain/soreness is definitely less that what it used to be when I first started the cycle, Ill try and keep it this way. I have some concerns... Im not sure how quickly or slow results will come, Ive always struggled with gaining weight, so far (week five is almost over) and Ive only put on around 6-7lbs. The training is consistent, 6 days a week of working my a.ss off at the gym, as far as diet goes, like I mentioned before, I dont count calories but Im constantly eating. My appetite I could say has increased, Ill get hungry again not even an hour after eating a meal, so I dont know what the deal is.

Anyone that did just a Test E only first cycle, your input is greatly appreciated, as well as everybody elses.

So this is what Ive seen so far:
-Appetite increase
-Horny (even more than before) lol
-My back has been breaking out a bit (this is the least of my worries)
-And a 6-7 pound weight gain.

Tomorrow I work all day and its leg day... If after work I feel tired, Ill leave legs for Saturday instead.

Ill keep the updates coming.
 
do you know how many calories a day you are eating?

This is something I have no idea about. Even if I tried counting, it would be faaarrrr from accurate. I rely on eating almost every three hours, pretty much anything keeping it as clean as possible (by this, I mean avoiding foods high in saturated fats, junk food and fast food as well).

Im already hungry again... (not even an hour ago, I had a PB&J sandwich and a big glass of chocolate milk). I eat. I just cant seem to put on weight, my body processes food waaayyy to quickly!

Diet is by far the most important aspect of bodybuilding, yet it is the one you are neglecting the most.

If you are serious about gaining lean mass and not wasting your cycle, figure out your maintenance, eat well above it, and go to the grocery store to get some food to plan your diet out.

Just guessing is just another term for being lazy and not reaching your full potential. However, you will grow, but you could grow a lot more.

7 pounds at week 5 sounds pretty normal to me. the next few weeks should be interesting.

Tomorrow is injection #12.

- Still, the most noticeable change is the sweating. Im sweating profusely! (although the temperature in the wether has also increased, so it might be a mix of both.
Ive decided to eat every 2-2.5 hours, to hopefully see my weight go up. So far Ive gained 8-9 lbs since I started. Strength increases are noticeable but little by little.

Im starting to research what my next cycle will look like.
 
Update:

Still dont see weight go up (so far only have gained about 7lbs), however, I 'feel' like I do look a bit fuller. All throughout my adolescence, never really had much acne, even less on my back. Now I have a decent amount on upper back and shoulders, even a bit on my chest. This I consider to be a good thing, since I hope for it to be a sign that the stuff is finally kicking in (a bit late though, its already week 7), so Im not worrying about it.

Hope it gets better from now on.
 
Maybe change your routine up. I did the typical body building routine for awhile (back.bis...chest/tris...legs...). I did see some gains, however, 6 months ago I started the Bill Star 5x5 routine. Holy Sh!t. I started getting a bit scared looking in the mirror in the morning still sleepy-eyed brushing my teeth... who the hell is that guy... Once, you are at the point of setting personal records every workout.... pushing yourself to 100% on the big lifts... your body (mine and a new training partner of 3 months) will dramatically change... I am totally natural right now and I gained more than 25 pounds of lean muscle in this time... my strength has gone through the roof.... Seriously, besides always being exhausted, the biggest problem I have is my legs and ass don't fit into size 32 jeans anymore...

Give this routine a serious look - one of the best decisions I ever made. It is VERY demanding though once you are at, and exceeding, your limits.... Makes you a F'n warrior though. I will never go back to simple muscle isolation again...

Important update:

Side effects kicking in! not only backne (which I already mentioned that Im not really concerned with), but mood swings and depression. Im very easily irritated and its getting in the way of my daily life. Any input on how you guys (if you've felt it), deal with it, would be great.
 
dude whats your weight gain? how about bodyfat? what shot# are you on now?

tommorrow will be my thirteenth shot and im up over 20 lbs. bodyfat has stayed the same or maybe even lower. DIET is key here. you stated above that you dont even know your calorie intake, not good man

Today is injection #12. So far the only weight Ive gained is only 8ish lbs. BF is around 14%.

Care sharing what your daily food intake looks like? or any specific high calorie foods that might help?

Im thinking of going back to a weight gainer.
