Pussy assed woman beater
During the cycle i plan on taking in about 300-400 grams of protein each day and about 3500-4000 calories each day (eating every 2 hours)...I'm also going to be doing some cardio (walking/cardio glide) through the cycle to drop some fat I'm trying to drop my bf to around 8-10%...is this too many cals? too little cal? From everything i've read and studied taking around 4000 cals should be enough while on this much test and 2g per of protein per pound of body weight per day should be sufficient. But with how much bf i'm trying to lose is this cal/protein combo gonna work?? Or should I just do more cardio and keep my intake at this level or higher? I know some people say you cant cut and bulk at the same time but i've seen it done too many times to believe that.
Cycle looks like this:
1-12 test e 500mg (250mg twice a week)
1-12 50mg proviron ed
1-12 20mg nolva eod
clomid plus nolva for PCT
I'm 6'0 210 at about 18-20% BF 22 year old.
Goal:
6'0 235 10% BF
I'm no expert on this shit so please someone let me know what they think.
