test-e cycle... stalling out?

So I'm heading into my 7th week of a 12 week test-e cycle. I put on about 8 pounds the first 3 weeks, then have sort of stalled out since then. Not sure why, and it's frustrating me. This is my first cycle and I guess I just expected a bit more.

I'm 5'9", 30 years old, have been training for 10 years, and started the cycle at 181lbs. My diet is relatively clean, about 3000-3500 calories per day, 200g protein. Basically lots of chicken, fish, and bison. I do throw in "cheat" meals every couple of days simply because I'm trying to bulk and not that worried about staying shredded right now.

I have some tbol that I was going to use towards the end of the cycle. Either 30mg day for the last 5 weeks, or 40mg day for the last 4 weeks.

I didn't kickstart or anything, just 500mg test-e per week right from the start.

Any ideas?

Thanks

How much do you weigh? Im at 193 and take in minimum 3800 cals a day. I stopped gaining "weight" 2 weeks ago until this week but I lost a ton of water weight and maintained the same weight so I know I'm gaining muscle. Up your cals to 3500 min but I'd keep it more line 4000 range. You'll gain

I'm at 189 now, so yeah, I will try that. I find it hard to eat relatively clean and get that many calories though. What do you do to keep them high?

I eat 4 solid meals a day and instead of regular protein shakes I buy mass builder shakes an use milk instead of water unless my water intake sucks that day. Just in one shake I take in 1000+ cals to keep my intake up. If you just wanna stick to reg protein shakes add a bunch of peanut butter or Greek yogurt or both. I add all kinds of shit to mine, even apple sauce. The shakes help me keep my cals up but I still eat 4 solid meals a day with em.

And users exactly right, as your weight goes up so should your calories. You can't take in the same amount of cals as you were at the beginning of your cycle. The beginning of mine I was eating 3000-3500 just like you but as I've gained I've increased my cals and protein intake.
