I know I'm gonna get some heat for this one but I came into this cycle with some stomach fat but I still want to get strong while on so

I will be walking daily at a steady normal pace for cardio, eating normally when hungry and heavy lifting twice a week focusing mainly squats and bench with assistance work. Everything on me is lean and strong and defined and you can still see my abs when I flex but when I let loose it looks fat.

if i was you i would check my diet first then use clen with test if you want the kick start use test prop

I would be 'running' , yes literally running , as in 'running' on a treadmill rather then worrying about what gear to be 'running' at this point. . Diet and cardio is all you need. maybe run a moderate dose of test while you cut so you can stay anti-catabolic while in a calorie deficit and not loose muscle . but right now, I'd just focus on the cut, get to lower BF% then run a cycle from there.

Mark Bell (I'm sure your familiar with him if your into power lifting) leaned out quite a bit by going on a ketogenic diet for awhile and continued to lift . maybe give that a try .

Winny is useless for your situation iMO, its best suited for bodybuilders prepping for a show.
