Test E & Dbol... Pct Nolva/Clomid?

Hi everybody, new user although i've been coming here for months. Have done a ton of reading lots of useful information. So thanks to everybody. My cycle will look like this...

Test E 500 mgs a week (10 or 12 weeks)
Dbol 30 mgs a day for the first three weeks (what do i need to take while on dbol, i know its hard on the liver)

Pct will start 14 days after last injection

So here are my questions. Some people say 20 mgs everyday of nolvadex for thirty days is sufficient enough.

Others say throw some clomid in there, although clomid has some side effects. I definitely want to do the proper post cycle therapy (pct) so I can keep most of my gains.

Option 1: 20 mgs nolva everyday
Option 2: 40/40/20/20 (although its been said 40 is a waste)
Optiton 3:
Day 1: Clomid @ 300 mgs. (6 pills), Nolvadex @ 40 mgs. (2 pills)
Day 2: Clomid @ 200 mgs. (4 pills), Nolvadex @ 40 mgs. (2 pills)
Days 3-11: Clomid @ 100 mgs. (2 pills), Nolvadex @ 40 mgs. (2 pills)
Days 12-22: Clomid @ 50 mgs. (1 pill), Nolvadex @ 20 mgs (1 pill)

And should I take anything while on cycle?

What option should I go with. Any other suggestions I would appreciate. Thanks everybody.

If this is a first cycle, drop the DBol.

As far as post cycle therapy (pct) goes, option 3 would get my vote, but post cycle therapy (pct) is quite subject to individual preferences. Thanks for actually researching the topic before asking the question! A bit of a rarity round' these parts.

I would drop the d-bol also for this cycle but if you really want to use it then get yourself some liv52.

Don't forget to get blood tests done to be sure your g2g.

I agree with ploy and the b boi..
However..few folks on here actually get blood work..who can afford w/o insurance..
There is some on line tests think Snigg did one and was pleased...look into that.
