Test E + EQ + Var

Well it's been about 5 years since my last cycle and I'm definitely ready to start my next one. I just keep flip flopping on what to get. Here is my history and stats: 5'11", 180 lbs, ~12% bf, age: 25. First cycle - Sustanon (sust). 250 @ 250 mg ew for 8 weeks, Second cycle - sust 250 @ 250 ew w/ deca @ 200 mg ew for 8 weeks. Third cycle - Dbol - 25mg ed (wk 1-4), sust 250 @ 250 ew and deca @ 200 ew for 6 weeks (cycle got cut short cause i wasnt feeling "right" thought my gear might be bunk). My only pct was 6-oxo because my guy at the time didnt have anything so i had to resort to otc. I loved the first two cycles..i dont think i have ever felt better in my life. So now im ready to go again. Here's what im thinking: Test E @ 500 mg ew for 10 weeks, EQ @ 400 mg ew for 9 weeks, and anavar @ 40-50 mg ed for weeks 4-10. PCT will most likely be nolva @ 40 mg ed for 4 weeks and clomid @ 100 mg for 4 weeks as well. Now where i keep changing my mind. I've considered front loading with dbol, changing the length to 12-16 weeks to get the most from the EQ, also adding clen or clen/T3 at the end to cut up at the end. Goals: add a some mass, and finish with a leaner more "old school" look.
 
I forgot a couple things. Im not opposed changing out some of the gear. I am open to any advice from experienced users. If anyone wants to know about my diet i will post it. ~200 g protein a day, i try to avoid carbs that are not in their natural state (ie processed foods and bread). Here is a pic that i took today. My BF might be higher than i think and i hope that is the reason my nipples are puffy. Supplements are ON 100% whey, ON creatine and glutamine both @ 10 g a day, multi vitamin, and serin oils. I work out 3-4 times a week right now due to my work schedule.
 
all your cycles were 8 weeks or less wtf, your running deca, and the one for 6 weeks?

Also, have you stopped training over the past 5 years too?
 
I did low dose shorter cycles mostly because thats all i could get and i didnt know any better. The last cycle was only 6 weeks because i stopped it since I wasnt making gains and i didnt feel right. As for training i stopped for about 3 years. My weight went down to 160 at one point from 190. I think that was mostly due to adderall usage in college. About 2 years ago i got back into the gym got my weight back up to 185 then i started my new job. So the past two years my training has been on and off like crazy. Everytime i would get a good rhythm i would have to leave for a month or two. Im getting a new job and wont be traveling anymore. I will definitely be going without any gear for about 4-6 months to get my body back into things naturally. However i have a chance to get my gear now so i am mostly just thinking ahead.
 
Here is where i was at a year ago with good diet, whey, creatine, glutamine, and most important of all time to go to the gym.
 
So the top picture is you having not lifted in a year or so? Whats the source of your softness? carbs from beer? I dont know but I know when I look soft there is a reason for it.

My input would be to take a year to get back up to speed on things with some focused work on diet and lifting if you have been off for awhile. It will give you better base to start from on some chemicals.

Are you pretty strong? Whats the numbers on the 3 big lifts?

Consistency man. That is the only thing that has worked for me.

And body fat is higher than 12, which is ok, it just is what it is.
 
Yeah most likely from beer...i stopped drinking about a month ago. As for the big three right now, I lift by myself so no barbell bench press and i havent maxed in a long time. Dumbbell presses 100 lbs x 5, squats 225 lbs x 12, and deadlift 275 lbs x 5. Those numbers are based on this past week.

Yea, the beer kills it man. Increases estrogen and does bad things with body fat. Lowers insulin sensitivity which is not good for alot of reasons.

Obviously a few on the weekend is probably not a big deal. I quit about 3 years ago. Much better now.
 
I'm going to wait to do my cycle but i am still going to purchase everything now since i have a guaranteed source right now that i dont know if i will have in the next 6 months to a year. My main question is should throw in the dbol at the beginning and the clen or clen/t3 at the end? or am i overthinking this?
 
Yes, throw in dbol at the beginning of your cyce...take 25mg/day for 28 days... Also, you're doing the right and smart thing by waiting. Go ahead and order though...besides, you need to build up your base a bit...You're not ugly though, but you're not great looking either...continue working on your foundation...eat 5 quality meals a day and drink one protein shake. Working out in the gym 4 days a week is good too. You should only hit your muscle groups one time per week...ex...hit chest on day one and don't hit it again until day 9...you might be like the "WTF, really?" And I'll be like, "really." About your cycle...anavar will be best used at the end of your cycle with the compounds you are using. You said you want to cut up your gains at the end of the cycle, right? What better choice than Avavar? Not only does it shreds fat well, but it's great(I mean great) for strength gains! EQ will help you with dry muscle gains as well.
Example:

Weeks 1-4: Dbol @25mg/day
Weeks 1-12: EQ@400mg/wk
Weeks 1-12: Test E@500mg/wk
Weeks 4-8: Take a break with the orals
Weeks 9-12: Anavar @50mg/day

I would personally do EQ for Weeks 1-12 and do Test E for weeks 1-13 so that you can start post cycle therapy (pct) two weeks after your last Test E injection(3 weeks after your last EQ injection just because it takes a week longer to clear out over the Test E), but it's okay to start post cycle therapy (pct) two weeks after your EQ and Test E injections...(if you didn't start post cycle therapy (pct) on time; it's better to start it earlier rather than starting it too late.)BTW, the use of Dbol, EQ, Test E, and Anavar are all GREAT choices to use together...good job in researching them and putting them in a stack together....I'm interested in seeing how things go so type out a log when you start your cycle...

P.S. I might just use this for my May cycle...Nah, I will def. use this for my May cycle...I'll just bump up the dbol dosage to 30mg/day...haha...Thanks!
