test e from jinan pharmamceuticals

i just got some test e and it's 250mg/ml. and some deca from platinum labs. The deca vial is full almost to the brim, but the test bottle probably 3/4 full. My last test bottle was QV and it was about as full as this test bottle, but i ran out of it.. i don't think there was 10 ml in it. Whats the deal with this? does anyone else have this problem? i knew some guys from around here that it happened to as well.
