Test e only cycle opinions?

Hey guys, i ordered my new gear and starting 1th of november for my 2nd cycle
First cycle: (8wk test prop 350mg/w and uppened it to 750mg/w last 2 weeks) NO SIDES

Stats:
Age: 22
Height: 5.84
Weight: 172
Training experience: 7 years
BF: 10%


This is my plan:

Week 1-12 Test e 600mg/w inject 1x a week(might consider 2x/w pins)
Week 1-12 Arimidex 0.12,5mg/EOD (uppen dose when needed)
(maybe)Week 9-12 Anavar 100mg/d


PCT:
Week 12-16 Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Week 1-16 Nizoral Ketoconazol shampoo

Diet:
± 3000 calories a day, high proteins (for more info pls ask me)
Training:
6x a week (chest/shoulder/tricep 2x / biceps/back/abs 2x / Legs 2x

Goal:
Gain as much as possible (Dont care about higher BF%)
Gaining alot legs size

Maybe anny feedback on cycle?
-Pinning 2x a week vs pinning 1x a week?
-Benefits of anavar last 4 wks of cycle?
-Arimidex is too low?!? (yes it is but im not really sensitive to e2 sides)
- anny possibilities to switch to Test Prop while on cycle with test E?
- Will it harm if i uppen the dose from 600 to 750 mid cycle?

Too young and you still have a lot more natural size achievable. If you have been training for 7 years and still only weight 170 lbs. @ 5'8" something isn't right.

- 2x weekly pinning is absolutely recommended for keeping your blood levels as stable as possible.
- Anavar for 4 weeks..first cycle.. I wouldn't bother with it.
- I'm not sure what ".12,5mg" is, but the standard starting dose is .25mg EOD, You can adjust from there if needed.
- Don't switch to test prop, no point for you to do that.

First of all, im not here to hate, i really appreciate your reply, but please think twice before trying to bring people down,

The main reason why i am 170lbs is because my legs dont get much bigger dispite all the effort/training/rest/diet i put in it, i train 6x a week at least 2 hours a day, something isnt wrong.. only thing wrong is that my legs wont geneticly get much bigger. that is one of the main reasons i want to start test e, because getting them much bigger naturaly is not really an option (i tryed training legs 3x a week with 3000 calories for over 1,5 year and nothing..) also i dont look like 170 lbs thrust me!

I was by no means trying to insult and/or put you down in any way, Yurek. I was just stating my honest opinion about what I thought from the stats you provided.

Nice pictures, you have a 6 pack and look to be in shape..and you are wearing jeans in the shower.haha. I still believe what I stated above and I think you have a lot more natural potential.

Also, I'm not sure about all your leg excuses. Sounds like you are just a little scared of squatting. 3,000 calories isn't shit. If I ate that I'd loose weight like theres no tomorrow. Try 4.5-5k at least a day, thats where real growth is. The saying "you gotta eat big to get big" has a whole lot of damn truth to it if you ask me.

IMHO, 3,000 calories/day on a bulk for anyone while on anabolic is a waste. All your doing is limiting the drugs your putting into your body. Eat away, don't be scared to gain a little BF, just keep it within reason.

I see that you put weeks 12 through 16 for your nolvadex. You are going to want to wait to begin your pct about 14 days after last pin of test e due to it being a long ester. Nolvadex week 14 through 18
